7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order only if:
- Wrong product received
- Missing items
- Product received in non-working condition
- Manufacturing defect
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used products
- Opened products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage
- Change of mind after purchase
Products that are physically damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return or refund.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method whenever applicable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will arrange the return.
If the return request is rejected after inspection, the product may be shipped back to the customer.
